Top Medical Group was founded in 1996 by Dr. Peter A. DiCorleto, MD as a subsidiary of St. Thomas Medical Group.
In 2020, Dr. DiCorleto began his own private practice on Ward Drive which continues to flourish under his leadership. Top Medical Group is an adult primary care practice which proudly provides compassionate comprehensive care for all patients.
We make it our mission to be sensitive to their individual needs while supplying them with a care plan specifically tailored to their individuality.
Our medical staff is fully equipped with the knowledge, skills, and experience to service the Murfreesboro, TN area by providing physical examinations, acute care, chronic condition management, point-of-care laboratory services, and multiple in-house procedures in an effort to maintain good health while increasing the quality of life for our patients.

Dr. Peter DiCorleto, MD holds a Master of Science in Molecular Genetics which he received from the University of Connecticut Graduate School. He obtained his medical degree in 1979 from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Connecticut Health Center in 1982.
Chelaia Gray received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 2010. She then completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner at Middle Tennessee State University in 2016.
